Calm Your Fears

Are you consumed by fear?

Dont know what to do next?

Sometimes we just have to face our fears and step out of our comfort zone! this is ultimately where the magic happens.

How do we achieve this?

1.Listen to some music that energizes you.

2. Have something to drink that you really like for example tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino,  cooldrink or perhaps even a glass of wine.

3. Change your mindset by thinking of a time where you were successful.

4.  work out what you want to achieve and set yourself a goal so that you have something to strive for.

5. write a gratitude journal of what you are thankful for.

Once you have changed your vibrations from low to high you will be able to achieve things you didn’t know that you could.
