Through the process of therapy and hypnotherapy, the unhealthy beliefs and emotions which inhabit body, mind and spirit are revealed and brought to each client’s conscious awareness allowing us to begin dealing with their root causes. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs integrating different complementary modalities.
The therapeutic space is one where you will have the opportunity to explore and find new ways of looking at existing problems. The therapeutic process can be immensely rewarding, providing the client with new insights and knowledge of themselves and their problem. Although it is often a challenging process, the therapist is there to guide you through it in the most gentle and comforting way. Each story shared in therapy is valued. The therapeutic space is yours to engage in and find comfort in.

Psychotherapy covers many areas, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance abuse, gender identity disorder, including gay/lesbian issues, cross dressing, etc., burnouts, stress, coping with illness, bullying, self-harm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, effects of physical, verbal & sexual abuse, etc.
Couple and marriage counselling
My role as therapist is to help uncover destructive or unhealthy communication styles and behaviour patterns and act as a facilitator for the couple, assisting them to understand each other and helping them overcome destructive patterns in their relationship. I also teach the couple new skills to assist them in communicating and negotiating more lovingly and constructively with each other.
Family Therapy entails addressing family issues and providing support where needed for the whole family.
Hypnotherapy can successfully resolve the underlying subconscious influences alleviating the need for symptoms and unwanted behaviour responsible for emotional, mental and physical suffering. In using hypnosis, I will be able to diagnose the underlying problem and guide you into helping you find the way to get through the barrier into the subconscious mind and identify all the beliefs that have contributed to your problem so that you will have a whole picture of the problem.
