I am a sole trader business and incorporate many holistic and personal/spiritual development modalities as both a practitioner and teacher. I operate both locally in South Africa and internationally, having lived in the UK for 13 years in addition to developing an international client base. I trained as a colour therapist and energy healer in 1998/1999, and this has formed the core of much of my work with clients over the years as I assist in bringing awareness of the healing and practical environmental aspects of colour therapy. I am also an accomplished meditation facilitator and over the years have recorded many guided meditations that have received numerous accolades.

With a BSc degree and a solid background of 17 years in corporate management and technical support (petrochemicals), my work bridges modern science with ancient wisdom and teachings in all that I do. Modalities I offer as one-one consultations include : Colour Readings and personal recommendations, Antaneea Technique massage (a heavenly 2 hour massage using coloured oils to balance and restore well being), Diamond Alignments which provide energetic support for rebalancing of the physical body as well as Reiki and Access Bars.

The trainings that I offer cover most of the modalities that I work with and I also run regular online programs, webcasts and meditations.

I love the versatility of working for myself and am constantly researching and learning new things, and my work and offerings reflect this. I am also able to offer facilitation and development of corporate workshops that incorporate colour therapy while offering sound business and team interventions to enhance functioning in the work environment.

Like the diamond that reflects all the colours of its inner light, I express all the many facets of my being in the work that I do!
