Our normal fee structure is directly linked to the prescribed Magistrates Court tariff for Magistrates Court matters and similarly High Court tariffs when it comes to High Court matters. Consequently, clients are able to recover the bulk of their legal expenses in fora where cost orders are given to clients. We also offer tailor-made tariff packages to private individuals as well as corporate clients.
