We offer Pilates classes in small, intimate groups – maximum of five participants. These classes aid those in need of a more permanent rehabilitation solution. Classes are tailored to meet individual needs, and presented in a friendly, non-judgmental environment.
However, these classes are not just for those who struggle with chronic pain. Pilates is a safe, low intensity form of exercise for everybody to enjoy! These classes concentrate on building a stronger core, strengthening your muscles, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and aiding in your overall well-being.
