Finding Her is a life coaching practise dedicated to helping women stay connected to their authentic selves. With a focus on Connection, Authenticity, Integrity, Empathy and Trust, I guide my clients through transformative journeys using Martha Beck Wayfinder Methodologies that blend mindset shifts and practical tools. Whether you are seeking a stronger connection with yourself, navigating major life changes, needing a space to talk or wanting to grow, my coaching provides tools, support and a safe space to reflect.
I am a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach working with women on staying connected to their authenticity. I challenge the narrative that so many women are taught of who and how they should be instead of who they truly are. I like to work with women of all ages and in different phases of their lives, wanting support to navigate life and become stronger within themselves.
Coaching is defined as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that
inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
As a coach I am not here to give advice or tell you how to live your life. Every person holds within them all the answers to their life’s questions. I am here to create a safe space for you to reflect your own questions and unpack any layers that might be covering the simplicity of your own being. I help to express, ask questions, reflect and find the answers within yourself.
I have had the privilege of completing the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach training. It is an honour to have learnt from a person so esteemed and respected for her life journey and her work. I hope to share in her values of positively impacting the lives of others. I also hold the Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am honoured to receive the award for the Best Women’s Life Coaching Company 2025 awarded by MEA Business Awards 2025 (to be announced online in Dec 2025)
