Futurae is a coaching and consulting practice devoted to helping entrepreneurs and leaders build success that does not cost them their wellbeing. Founded by Glynis, a Burnout and Resilience Strategist with a background in leadership, psychology and systemic practice, Futurae supports individuals and teams navigating the quiet pressure of responsibility, growth and visibility — with particular resonance for female entrepreneurs.

Futurae aims to strengthen burnout prevention and recovery, expand inherent resilience and elevate leadership capacity. These integrated metaskills form the foundation of what Glynis calls Prosilience — the ability not only to endure pressure, but to integrate complexity, adapt with clarity, and lead with context competence.
