Inchanga Stables

Lessons for children from age 5, and adults.

At Inchanga Stables the focus is on learning to ride correctly and safely on trustworthy horses and ponies in a family friendly environment.

All beginners start with private 'lunge' lessons with the instructor controlling the horse or pony while explaining to the rider what to do. We like to spend plenty of time 'on the lunge' to help riders develop a good foundation of correct position and balance.Riders then progress to controlling the horse or pony on their own and eventually with one or more other riders together in the lesson.
Groups consist of riders of similar age groups ans abilities. There is also a family group lesson option as many children and parents enjoy riding together.
During the school holidays we hold Pony Camps with loads of fun, riding ,and exciting Gymkhana shows and prizes.
We also have stabling available with lovely large paddocks , three meals per day and horsey friends.
