Ana Lisa Romao Zumba

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

Since its inception in 2001, the Zumba program has grown to become the world's largest – and most successful – dance-fitness program with more than 12 million people of all shapes, sizes and ages taking weekly Zumba classes in over 110,000 locations across more than 125 countries.

Our goal is to spread the philosophy of health and happiness and of loving everything you do, especially your workout!

Zumba is Perfect For

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Benefits

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

"I love the passion and rhythm of latin music, and putting that together with the great Zumba moves makes for a fun, exciting workout!

The best thing about Zumba is that anyone can do it, even the most uncoordinated person.

Zumba is not about being the best dancer or doing all the moves perfectly, it is about moving and having fun. If you are smiling and sweating after a class, that means you had a great workout and a great time, and that is what matters most!"
