Dr. Antje Berlin, PCC, is a business & life coach, who specializes in the balance of body, mind and soul. Also a yoga teacher, she’s passionate about tapping into her clients’ unique body intelligence. After IQ and EQ, BQ is the new buzzword in adult learning and development. The body offers great potential to get clients unstuck. The idea is to move on to a happier, healthier and more effective way of being. Best results are achieved when people work “in the zone”. But it’s difficult to access this dynamic, creative “flow” state, when one is stuck in mind and blocked in the heart. Such stuckness can show up as “dominant boss”, “bad team player”, “high stress levels”, “low confidence”, “in the box thinking”, “bad time management” – at home and at the office. Antje helps her clients with issues involving relationships, performance reviews, skill improvement, breakdowns, over commitment, Up or Out, Fast Track, new role, communication, work life balance and life purpose.   

As a profile writer for an international business magazine, she interacted with leaders around the globe. After her move to Cape Town in 2001, she embarked on executive coaching as her second career. 

Antje offers customized one-on-one programs, team coaching and retreats. Her holistic approach draws from the Enneagram, Thinking Environment (Nancy Klein) and Leadership Embodiment (Wendy Palmer). Antje coaches in English and in German, in person and on Skype. Antje has four children and lives in Hout Bay.

Antje is an Integral Coach (UCT Graduate School of Business) and credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at PCC level. Clients include corporates such as Engen, Chevron, Woolworths, Media24, Life Healthcare, UCT Leadership Development Programme, plus entrepreneurs and private individuals.
