Aphrodite Secrets is pole and sensual fitness studio where woman can get fit, tone their bodies and have fun while doing it! At our studio, we focus on the individual, a place where everyone encourages, motivates and up lifts each other. It is not just a pole fitness studio but a pole family! It’s a place where woman can come to be themselves, gain confidence and form lasting friendships. We offer pole fitness classes ranging from beginner to advanced – pole helps with upper body strength, core, flexibility and endurance; Sensual fitness – which is based on and around a chair, this helps with dance movement, flexibility and is a great cardio workout and Flexi – Stretching classes that help improve the body’s range of motion enabling the individual to become more agile and flexible. Pole fitness is a growing sport with amazing athletes that compete around the world, it is gaining so much support that by 2024 we hope to have it as an Olympic event.  Our studio encourages everyone to try it regardless of age, weight, gender (or any other limitations holding you back) you’ve got nothing to lose and only self-confidence to gain, so why not try it out?
