At Back to Basics we offer a holistic range of services including pilates, yoga and personal training. Our studio is conveniently located in College House, Village Place, Parklands. Pilates Preggy Pilates weekly Personal pilates training is also available at our studio in Table View, Cape Town, at your home or at the office. Pilates home exercise programs can be individually devised for you and printed for you to do independently if you don’t have time to come to a class or do not live close to Table View or Blouberg. Yoga The benefits of yoga can be experienced on many levels. On the physical level, you will gain strength, flexibility, coordination, and notice an increase in stamina and endurance as your body heals and becomes more balanced.
