My business was born from a life-altering experience I had in 2015. Facing your mortality and having to fight for your life steers you in a very different direction. Breast cancer does not define who I am anymore, and I live my life in awe of its beauty and gratitude.

I help women to re-discovery, re-shape and re-define who they are so they can live a more authentic life. Working in this realm with women brought me to another area I have a passion for and has evolved for me over the last year. I coach moms of teens and have developed a teen girl program to help and guide teens through this uncertain time in their lives.

My passion is emotions, my purpose is to help women and teens and my superpower is being a human that has had a plethora of experiences and so can really tap into my knowledge to coach with a gentle guiding hand.
