10 Years ago I started my own business in the digital marketing world, specialising in online content strategy and creation. It was a roller coaster ride, from the highs of landing big clients and meeting tight deadlines, to the lows of overdue invoices and zero work-life balance.

In early 2018, after a long process of reconnecting with myself and what I really wanted from life and from my career, I sold my business and embraced a new role – that of life and business coach.

The value of coaching lies in having a sounding board to voice concerns, difficulties and confusions to someone who is impartial, non-judgemental and only interested in helping you to find YOUR best options – with no hidden agendas. Being an entrepreneur can be lonely, so having the support of someone who has first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to be a business owner, is really valuable.

My authentic, direct, honest approach to coaching helps to find clarity, direction and a way forward with clients, which is respectful of them and of the process of self-reflection as it relates to challenges in business and in life.

I trained at the South African College of Applied Psychology as a Coach Practitioner, I’m also a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), carrying an Associate Coaching Credential, which means that I’m held to specific standards and ethics within the professional coaching community.
