I am a registered Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Northriding, Johannesburg.  My practice is situated close to the Ticketpro Dome and is easily accessible from Norththumberland road, Malibongwe drive and the N1 highway.  I work with adolescents and adults in individual-, couples-, groups- and/or family therapy.  I do therapy in both Afrikaans and English.  I make use of an integrative approach to ensure that the therapy suits the client’s needs and make predominantly use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). 

I have a special interest in working with couples to enhance and support healthier, connected relationships with open and direct communication.  I also have a passion to work with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing behavioural, emotional and relational difficulties, especially stress, anxiety and panic related disorders.
