As human beings we go through periods in our life where we feel overwhelmed by life and its problems. Feeling stuck in these times is natural and often being able to talk to someone who is objective can help us not only triumph over our problems but also use them to grow as a person and become the optimal you.  I’ve heard that therapy is for people whom have problems…. Aren’t we all experiencing some or other difficulty or challenge? I prefer to believe that therapy is for those that would like to overcome their problems, rise above their challenges and grow despite their difficulties.
