Eugene Raymond Incorporated was established in 1990 by Eugene Raymond. He was a well known, popular attorney who also served as President of the Attorneys Assocation Eastern Cape for two years. The firm has quickly grown to be one of the top legal firms in Port Elizabeth with an excellent reputation. Eugene Raymond passed away in 2009 after a short illness.

The current owner, Rosemary Randall, joined this remarkable firm in 1998. Her legal experience of 20 years, LLB Degree(UNISA) and professional, effective legal assistance contributes to the success of this firm. She also holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management which enables her to manage the firm successfully. She has experience in various parts of the law.
