At Freyja we specialise in holistic wellness, de-stressing, pamper and massage therapy; wanting to wrap each and every client of ours in joy.

Named after the Norse Goddess of love and fertility, Freyja Holistic Wellness and Day Spa opened at Casterbridge White River in August 2014, quickly making our mark for highly trained staff who treat their clients like Royalty. Symbolising sensuality, Freyja is also the patron Goddess of health, wellness, crops and birth.

Freyja Lakeside Spa swiftly followed, launching at Hulala Lakeside Lodge in December 2014. Our aim at Freyja Lakeside Spa is to become a local destination spa for unique outdoor experiences, and we offer both indoor and outdoor settings for guests to choose from. The outdoors experience has three options: a lush private garden overlooking the lake, an exclusive boma or the unique private cruise.

Freyja prioritises the use of South African products, and every product used is natural, botanical, organic and has not been tested on animals. Freyja Holistic Wellness and Day Spa at Casterbridge stocks a range of Skin & Body Health Products, as well as the SevenPointFive Range of Vitamins and Minerals. Herbalife can also be found on their shelves as a Nutritional Wellness Solution. Last but not least, Freyja stocks a wide range of Essential Oils for pure Aromatherapy wellness.

Recognising that days are short, Freyja offers convenient operating times -

Casterbridge: Tuesday – Saturday 08h00 – 20h00 – Bookings Essential After 6pm

Sunday and Monday 09h00 – 14h00

Lakeside Daily 09h00 – 21h00 Bookings are essential

For something super different, Freyja has a Mobi-Spa with packages to suit a host of occasions. Golf days, conferences, sports events are given pizazz by the experienced Therapists, while pamper parties for Princesses of every age bring the “Day-at-the-Spa” experience right to you.

So whether you want pink toe nails, a deep tissue massage, a revitalising facial or feel the need for some alternative therapies, if it makes you feel gorgeous, relaxed, revitalised or warm & fuzzy we probably have it for you….
