High on i, is the coaching business focusing on individual transformation, one client at a time. Individuals make up families, communities, countries and society as a whole. With humanity evolving exponentially in this information age, levelling up is not optional as stagnation = death. My dream is to awaken my clients to the awareness of their innate limitless potential. I see myself as your accountability partner, my work is to ask the right questions as I know you have all the answers within already. I offer bespoke coaching as every client is unique, with different needs and expectations. A life coach is likened to a sports coach who sees the potential in the athlete and inspires and empowers them to live up to that grand version. I am bettering my business at present by becoming a Master Coach through COMENSA (Coaches and mentors of South Africa). Currently the offerings include life coaching, which involves empowering people to achieve a personal goal, raising self-awareness and better managing one’s emotions. We use Neuro Linguistic Programming, based on the neuroscience of quantum physics which are basically tools and techniques for identifying and releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs that hold us back from a joyful life experience. Clients who wish to move forward after having experienced trauma of any kind can benefit immensely by releasing the painful emotions of the past. Some clients experience identity crisis and enter the coaching process as a journey of self-discovery leading to self-mastery. Entrepreneurs benefit from coaching as we become your objective partner encouraging alternative perspectives, increasing innovation in the business. We also offer public speaking, inspirational talks and team building at schools(educators) and corporates as I have an uncanny ability of using basic examples to explain intangible concepts, and break it down for understanding and implementation for overall better quality of life. The method is edutainment, as we use the mediums of stories, poetry, laughter, music and song. We are very proud of the immense growth our clients have experienced and all the goals achieved so far. This work is very rewarding and I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love.
