Gail Cameron has 30 years of experience as an executive coach and is the founder of The Image Excellence Group – a 26 year old coaching company in Johannesburg – one of South Africa’s foremost Image and Leadership coaching businesses with a proven track record of mentoring and developing leaders in commerce, industry, sport, politics and the public sector.
A Fellow of Trinity College London, Gail’s proven consummate skill has enabled her clients to lead, direct and motivate with confidence. Her book Voice Excellence was published in 1994. Followed by her second book Authentic African Leadership in 2013. Gail’s unique integrated scientific approach provides one of the most vital business skills needed and is widely acknowledged as the best programme of its kind.
A Lebona ‘Women of the Year’ nominee Gail also appears in the 2004 book ‘Inspirational Women’ Gail has been invited to participate as a guest lecturer at the University of Johannesburg, University of Witwatersrand Business School and Tshwane University of Technology. Gail has also been nominated as a Finalist in South Africa’s Most influential Women In Business and Government for 2008, 2015, 2016 and 2017 where she was awarded industry leader in her field. Her company The Image Excellence Group was awarded second place in the Randburg Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Medium Size Category in 2007. Gail has addressed the International Association of Business Communicator’s conference on The Primacy Effect in New York in June 2008, in 2009 in San Francisco on The Quantum Physics of Success, and in 2013 on Nelson Mandela’s leadership legacy where she was awarded the prized “All Star” designation of the IABC.
