Top Female in my company is Caroline she is my write hand support every day and always has a smile. She is positive hard working and always prepared to go the extra mile. Catering is one of the hardest chosen careers and doesn't appeal to everyone. It takes a strong personality with loads of drive and the stamina for late nights and early mornings day in and day out and a will to keep going when all you want is some sleep. Caroline has what it takes to become a brilliant Chef one day. She is currently only 20 and has been with us for 2 years.
