We provide debt relief solutions to individuals who are struggling to pay their debts or have disputes with credit providers, debt collectors, administrators or attorneys. We also provide financial wellness and Garnishee Order investigations to large employers. We are currently responsible for 21 000  employees of one of the large mining companies in South Africa operating in 13 mining sites.

The following are the main outcomes of our assistance:

• Organise an affordable, realistic and structured monthly budget and debt repayment plan if you are in arrears to facilitate the stopping of any legal action that might lead to the creditor obtaining a judgment against you.
• By agreement, prevent the creditor from executing a court order (where your car or house is in the process of being repossessed OR auctioned) or proceeding with legal action by negotiating an acceptable repayment plan.
• Negotiate discounted settlements or reasonable repayment plan where you have a judgment or adverse listing and facilitate the obtaining of paid up letters and updating of your credit bureau report.
• Investigate why you have been declined credit and help you to rehabilitate
• Provide Debt Counseling
• Obtain out of court settlements where you have a credit dispute

Our CEO, Ms Magauta Mphahlele is passionate about consumer protection and is an expert on credit. As a result she provides debt management talks to large and small groups. She is also a regular on radio and television programs relating to consumer issues. She is also an expert advisor on News 24s Debt Issue.
