Passionate about justice, I decided to venture into practice as an attorney and began the long and rewarding process of opening my own practice in Johannesburg in 2016. I began my career in law with a strong focus on corporate and employment law.
When I ventured into the entrepreneurial space, I was the only employee with a small office in Johannesburg’s central business district. Driven by the will to pioneer and build something unique within the legal profession I built my practice from the ground up with many long nights and hard days and by nurturing strong business relationships.
I have since grown my practice to include five attorneys, one candidate attorney and a senior consultant and four supporting staff members. We have been fortunate to have been able to open a branch in Cape Town, Western Cape during May 2021 and we hope to grow this branch as we did in Gauteng.
I believe in growing employees to become the best version of themselves, and have appointed staff members who take ownership and invest in the vision of my practice as much as I do.
I have ensured that our team understands the true value of our clients. By nurturing each relationship and appreciating the unique requirements necessary to ensure client satisfaction, we have instilled an acute awareness within our team that clients are the only assets which a law firm can really have.
I believe that the key to a successful practice is based on three key factors:

- Trust within your ability.
