MaX Studios is a professional photographic company based in Randburg, which is owned and run by Kerry Olivier. Kerry has 15 years experience as a qualified make up artist and 14 years as a photographer.
She has worked on quite a number of movie sets, as well as a few TV ads. Kerry has also had the privilege of working on a number of well known South African celebrities.
MaX Studios offers a wide range of photographic services, from in-studio family portraits, model portfolios, baby shoots, weddings, and corporate events -all with the commitment and dedication of providing a proffessional service to our clients.
There is a very special meaning behind the name MaX Studios for Kerry, as she wanted a name that meant something to her. The M represents Kerrys eldest brother Malcolm, who passed away in 2006. Kerry always knew that one day she would own a studio, and her brother had helped her with a business plan and offered to finance her dream. Unfortunately he passed away before he could see that Kerrys dream came true. The a represent The Almighty (God), who has blessed Kerry with the studio, and the X represent Christ, who through Him, all things are possible.
Megan West is Max Studios very talented booking agent and Kerrys right hand, she handles all the bookings for the studio, she keeps everything running smoothly and in order.
She also keeps Kerry very busy. Creating perfect images is the core of MaX Studios, as we understand the importance of quality images. We aim to provide a personalised service for all our clients, which range from a young girl coming in for her first portfolio, to the Studios biggest corporate client.
