Medi-Coast Clinic/Nursing Services is as the name implies a nursing practice with a twist, our two Sr's Rowan and Burger are a mixed bag of specialities.

Sr Leoni Rowan established the practise in Margate in 2008 when the need for wound care in Margate and the surrounds became very apparent. Sr. Rowan is not only a qualified Sr. but qualified in the Lymphoedema therapy and advanced wound care.

Sr Elsje Burger joined Sr Leoni Rowan approximately three years ago and brought her expertise of Stoma Therapy she has also qualified in advanced wound care therapy.

Both sisters are passionate about their work and this shows in the results they achieve - they are also often called on by the local medical practitioners to assist with “VAC” wound treatment and have also learnt the art of Total Contact Cast's to assist diabetics with foot ulcers.

We are currently in the process of expanding our current services.

Elize van Zyl joined the sisters in 2017 and is currently the Case Manager.

Alette Naudé was previously a locum in the practise and now is the Receptionist/PA.
