MGT Accounting and Consulting was founded by Mashudu G Tshakhuma in 2015. Mashudu G Tshakhuma is a qualified chartered accountant who served articles at KPMG in the financial services industry, she then moved to consulting after qualifying where she consulted with the department of public works and then joined the private sector where she gained extensive experience in Financial Statements & Tax Administration.

Mgt Accounting and consulting is an accounting, tax and consulting company that is expanding its operations to include external and internal audit services in the near future. What drives us, is basically a passion to assist small businesses become medium and large businesses, to become part of their success story, to assist them with their compliance matters while they focus on other business aspects. MGT Accounting and Consulting identified a gap where small to medium entities are reactive to compliance instead of being proactive, this is largely due to a lack of understanding of their compliance responsibility or benefits to efficient and effective financial management.
