Move Pilates Studio

Move Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio, situated in the idyllic surrounds of Constantia Mist wine farm in the Constantia Hills Valley. Established by Denise Anderson in 2001, the studio specializes in personalised tuition in the full Classical Pilates Method of body conditioning and rehabilitation, offering both mat classes and private apparatus sessions. The studio caters to a wide range of clients, from those with rehabilitative needs, to athletes and dancers, and those who just prefer an alternative exercise environment to the gym.
