Every Nia class is taught on three different levels, and so is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned Nia dancers. The class begins with the teacher setting a focus and intention for the class (which could for example be a focus on a particular part of the body, or on the breath). The class continues with a mindful stepping in, a warm-up followed by a high energy movement cycle. We then cool down and end with energizing, relaxing movement on the floor, to leave you stepping out into your day feeling truly alive.

Saturday 9.30 - 10.45am. OurNiaSpace, 10 Anson Road, Observatory. I alternate this class with several other Nia teachers.
