Kim opened Rademeyer Attorneys’ doors 16 years ago with only one staff member. Today Kim is a partner at Rademeyer Attorneys and the head of the Trade Marks Department. The firm boasts a large client basis and has grown in scope of services offered. The firm focuses on intellectual property law including trademarks, patents, registered designs, and copyright law. Services also include commercial law, family law, notarial services, contracts and company law, trusts, labour and employment matters, wills and anti-nuptial agreements, cyber law, and domain disputes. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and was the first woman to open a firm that specialises in intellectual property law in South Africa.
