After one too many tantrums (mine, not my children’s), I realised that in order to overcome my tick box, transactional parenting I had to be the change. By using my skills and experience of 20 years in education and executive coaching, Roots & Wings was born.
Roots & Wings brings authenticity back to parenting and education. We offer executive coaching courses to parents and teachers, that focus on changing our behavior and if we change, the ‘issues’ that our children/teenagers have, often seem to magically dissipate!
We currently offer courses in Gauteng and the Western Cape, as well as consult to schools throughout the country.
