Ideal for children experiencing loss through divorce or death or struggling with social skills, bullying or self-esteem issues. Ages from 4 to adolescents.

Individual Counselling – A healing process for individuals working through life challenges and not living as fully as they might wish to. This is a journey we take together to process underlying negative emotions, empower you to unlock unused potential and acquire coping skills to live a more fulfilled life.
