I started this business with a specific goal in mind: Independence for my kids. Things don’t always work out as planned and I had to think on my feet. I saw the need for an affordable Bookkeeping & Payroll service for smaller “work from home” companies and started to provide a personal service to friends & family. As we grown over a few years more and more Medium Size Companies came calling and we had to expand. We got some Bookkeeping & Payroll staff on board and a CPA to oversee and set up Financials. We became a “one stop personalised shop” who always pride ourselves in giving a personalised service to all our diverse client base and we always willing to walk the extra mile. We are an Accounting and Tax preparation services company based in Goodwood, Cape Town, South Africa. We offer a wide range of financial services for the Small & Medium Business Market. We have Registered Tax Practitioners and offer clients Bookkeeping, Accounting & Payroll services with the oversight of a CPA. We constantly interact with our clients and coupled with our accounting, tax and financial services, enabling us to give sound and accurate financial data which can be used to make business decisions with ease. We work on Pastel Accounting and Pastel Payroll Software which is a decent starting point for any business. We also give (one on one) training. We help with Budgets and quarterly projections and set up cash flows. We supply our clients with Profit and Loss statements on a regular basis (or as they need them) and have a database which helps promote work.
