I am a Transformation Life Coach. I know that we are emotional beings, doing our best to build the best life we can. Therefore, to become the best you, you need to change the whole you. Get out of the old habits and beliefs and build new ones that will support you on your path forward.
We think 60 – 70 Thousand thoughts a day, and 90% of our thoughts today are the same as yesterday. Our conscious brain, 5 % of our brain, is either busy in the future or the past. While we are “absent”, our subconscious runs the show – set up by ourselves from conception. We carry many beliefs that we got from our parents, friends, culture, etc. and we took ownership – not serving us, but limiting us.
With the techniques I use, we find those limiting beliefs and the emotions that drive them. The beliefs that prevent us from moving forward. We still the inner conflict you experience when you tackle something new or the unknown. We deal with any traumas that might lead to limiting behavior, and we deal with stress, anxiety, panic, unworthiness, anger, doubt, etc.
We build a new goal set, specifically to train your subconscious to work best for you, while you deal with life. We instill new beliefs. We formulate your future goal and set up steps towards achieving that.
And lastly, we give you a whole new self-image. One that will carry your message out to the world of who and what you are, your confidence and your self-worth.
