I have a passion for the development and understanding of the self – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. My aim is to provide a supportive environment in which clients are able to discuss and explore challenging life situations whilst pursuing various strategies to bring about awareness, meaning and resolution. Reflecting on recurring themes offers opportunity to create new perspective. I hold the space with privilege as a witness to people’s life stories and deepest emotions.
The sessions have the specific purpose of facilitating the client/s’ growth, healing and enhancing general well-being. Psychological assessments are useful as an additional process integrated with therapy, or as a stand-alone method offering in-depth knowledge and awareness.
